A drop stud built in two parts: a curved top of three parallel ridges, and a round loop hanging beneath it made of three slim wires twisted around each other. The loop swings free of the top, so the piece moves as the head turns. At 22.3 mm long they clear a collar without reaching the shoulder. Stainless steel with 18K gold plating.

What are the Filin Drops made of?
18K gold over stainless steel. Steel is the hardest base metal Amaurine works in: a cuff keeps its round, a hinge stays true, and the piece sits lighter than the same shape in sterling. Will the Filin Drops tarnish?
Gold does not tarnish, and the steel beneath it holds its shape and does not rust. Water-safe: shower, gym and swim. Rinse after the pool or the sea. A soft dry cloth after wearing keeps the gold bright, and perfume and sunscreen still go on before the piece does. Every finish is covered by our 12-month craftsmanship warranty. Are the Filin Drops suitable for sensitive ears?
Beneath the gold, the Filin Drops are stainless steel. Put them in clean and dry, take them out before you sleep, and keep perfume and hairspray off them. Thirty days from the day it arrives. Email hello@amaurine.com with your order number; we reply with a Sydney return address. Send it back unworn, in its packaging with pouch and cards and the hygiene seal intact, and we refund the price within three business days of receiving it.
