Before you buy
Tell us the piece and what you are wearing it with, and we will tell you what we know — length, drop, how it sits, how it wears. If we do not know something, we will say so rather than guess.
How your order reaches you
Every piece is crafted to order: we release your order to the maker within one to two business days, and the piece is checked by hand in Sydney before it is boxed and sent to you. We email you tracking the moment it moves. Most orders arrive within five business days.
Notify me
If a piece you want is not on the site yet, send us the name and we will write to you the day it is released — before it goes on the site.
Orders already placed
Quote your order number and we can confirm status, tracking, or a change of address while the order is still with us.
Returns
Thirty days to change your mind, on every piece we sell. A faulty piece is covered for as long as the law says, whenever you find it. The Returns policy has the detail.
