What you get
A piece, yours to keep. We pick it from the range for your feed and name it when we write to you. We post it to you at no cost. There is nothing to return and no invoice at the end.
Your own discount code. Anyone who uses it gets 10% off their order. The code is yours alone and stays active while you’re with the programme.
10% commission on every sale through your code. That’s 10% of the net sale value — the order total after the 10% discount, excluding GST and shipping. One rate, for everyone, for as long as you’re with the programme.
Paid monthly by PayPal. We pay on the first of each month for the month before. There is no minimum — whatever you’ve earned is what we send. We’ll ask for the email address on your PayPal account.
What we ask
One unboxing Reel, posted to your Instagram, showing the piece and wearing it. No script and no shot list — say what you’d actually say.
Tag @amaurine.jewellery in the Reel.
Label it as paid. Use the Paid Partnership label, or put #ad in the first line of the caption where it’s visible without tapping “more”. Australian rules (the AANA Code of Ethics and the ACCC’s influencer guidance) require gifted and commissioned content to be clearly identified as advertising, and that applies to a gifted piece exactly as it applies to a cash fee. Both of us are covered when it’s up front.
Why we’re firm about it. Under the AANA Code the responsibility for a post being recognisable as advertising sits with the advertiser — Amaurine — not only with you. That is why the label is a condition of the programme rather than a request. If a post goes up without it, we’ll ask you to edit the caption the same day; do that and nothing else changes. We will never ask you to remove, hide or bury a disclosure.
Say the code out loud or put it on screen. That’s what the commission is paid on.
Timing is yours. Post whenever it suits your grid. We don’t set deadlines.
About your code
- It’s personal to you. Please don’t post it to coupon sites, deal forums, cashback sites or discount aggregators.
- We track sales through the code in Shopify. You can ask us for your running total any time and we’ll send it.
- If a customer returns an order, that sale comes off the total.
- If a code turns up on a coupon site we’ll retire it and issue you a new one.
Content and reposting
You own what you make. We’d like to reshare your Reel to our own Instagram and site, always with credit — but only if you say yes first. We’ll ask. If you’d rather we didn’t, that’s fine and it changes nothing else about this arrangement.
Stopping
Either of us can end this at any time, for any reason, with a message. You keep the piece. Any commission already earned still gets paid on the next monthly run.
The material, precisely
- Sterling pieces are gold over 925 sterling silver.
- Steel pieces are gold over steel.
